Melchior joined Pala in 2015 and currently leads the firm’s finance team. He is responsible for day-to-day finance operations, producing financial reports, coordinating budgets, and managing internal and external audits for Pala. Among several finance-related projects, Melchior was responsible for implementing new accounting software that improved operational performance and reporting abilities significantly and led the structural reorganisation of Pala Real Estate GmbH.

Prior to Pala, Melchior was Credit Officer at Luzerner Kantonalbank. Melchior holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Banking and is a Chartered Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting.
